THE ROSEWOOD DEPOT

    The Rosewood depot is our first structure kit.

    The kit contains four wall castings a dormer, step and foundation castings. Strip wood is supplied for the gable trim and dock. Doors and windows are Grandt Line castings. The roof is Paper Creek cedar shingles. The lightning rods are included along with some crates and  steel drums.

    Complete assembly

instructions are included along with painting and weathering tips,plus some full size drawings for assembling the dock.

    Foot print is 5 1/4” x  6” with dock.
